Secret 7” takes 7 tracks from 7 artists and presses each one 100 times to 7” vinyl, selecting creatives from around the world to interpret the tracks in their own style for every 7” sleeve. Each sleeve is sold following the exhibition with the buyer only finding out who created the artwork after the sale.
I was thrilled to be selected to take part alongside a truly astounding array of world-class creative talent with my sleeve for the Primal Scream track Damaged from the album Screamadelica. Its iconic cover artwork providing the inspiration for my design.
The secret sale raised an incredible £37,000 for the excellent Mind.
