A little kindness takes very little effort and can make a really big difference to the mental wellbeing of the people around you, as well as being hugely beneficial for your own mental health too. I created a series of social media graphics for Mental Health Awareness Week on the theme of ‘kindness’ to help raise awareness and support the services of the amazing Zero Suicide Alliance.
